We have finally got a polytunnel, it was in scotads for £100, 8 foot by 20 foot, shouldn't have bought it really, but it seemed too good to miss. I don't know when we will find the time to put it up at the moment, but I'm really excited about next spring now! |

lucky you that sounds a really good price !! mrs terrier loves her poly tunnel (second hand from . . . scot ads) and seems to be able to grow veg really well in it. she informs me that it increases the growing season and she can grow stuff in it that wouldnt grow outside. it seems to me that the poly tunnel is always warmer than the green house, although i dont get to go into either very often as they are definately mrs terriers domain

They do get very hot in summer. Even in winter it's nice and warm in there. _________________ It is better to light a candle than to rail against the darkness

Good, I will probably spend a lot of the next winter in it then. |
