we had a few per week for the last month or so. As Ann said, make sure you nip the side shoots. We were lazier last year and didn't get many red tomatoes.
We've had quite a few close to the ground so have put in egg boxes in a dark cupboard, worked fairly well last year.

my tomatoes are out side and still very hard and green, is there still enough time for them to ripen? _________________ we did not weave the web of life.

Still getting red toms here. Even had some to share today with ZC. Funny, keep getting the odd sour one though...even though they look and feel ripe. I'm wondering if one of my varieties is a sour tom...do such things exist? _________________ Better late than never! |
