Belatedly opened my 'One Hundred Months' email newsletter and spotted this. Thought i'd share the news.

Scotland has recently passed its own greenhouse gas reductions target of 42 percent by 2020. It includes legally binding annual cuts in emissions from 2012. And it gets better ...
