its for heartburn for me, but the main thing is is that its sweet, so im hoping to get a bit of a concoction together for my needs, so i can have a spoon of one in the morning, and another in the evening, and a few different oils for rubbing in,

How's it going?

I keep meaning to collect some and find out how to make a cough syrup from the stuff...but with the kids being on hols I'm constantly, and quite happily, distracted. Only 1 more week of the hols left now    so I'll soon have time to learn more about foraging and make us some green meds.
