Chris was put into the high dependency unit straight after his operation but is doing well. His pain is becoming an issue but hopefully it will be sorted soon. He still has his wicked sense of humour though, asking me to scratch his big toe as it was sooo itchy it was driving him mad.... that and the face he pulled when he realised that the boxers he was wearing when he went into theatre were no longer on Things will get better from now, onwards and upwards... _________________ xxx Mrs G xxx |

Great news (not the pain....hope that eases for him soon!!). Sounds like you have a formidable comedian there. I admire his strength. It must be really difficult knowing your body/life has changed so quickly. I hope plenty of support (other than wonderfab mum) will be available for him to adapt to the change?
Wishing much luck in the days to come. _________________ Better late than never! |
