Hi I'm a new neepster and have just moved to Huntly, I was wondering if anyone gets a local organic box delivered in the Huntly area and if so who do you use?
Thanks for the help

Welcome aboard Angie
I'm not sure about the Huntly area but we've got some other Neepsters in that area so hopefully they'll offer up some suggestions. _________________ Neeps Flickr Group - check out some of the fab photos from other Neepsters and share some of your own. |

We used to use one organised by the green grocer in Inverurie and we live close to Huntly.
You might phone them and see if they still do it.

It's the Huntly Farmers' Market tomorrow morning - in the square. Might be some producers there that will give info on any box schemes. _________________ Neeps Flickr Group - check out some of the fab photos from other Neepsters and share some of your own. |

I remember calling around (a lot) when we first moved here. The only local lead I had was for someone who had stopped producing boxes as they'd lost their poly in high winds. Closest boxed veg as far as I can gather is Turriff, Inverurie, or Earthshare Elgin.
If you hear anything please let us all know.
For the future - there may be something closer in time to come from Bonnyton Gardens in the Old Rayne/Insch area. They are a new community garden, offering boxed veg. _________________ Better late than never! |

We had veggie buckets a couple of years ago from Gartly - a fab idea but I'm not sure whether they will do it again. They'll probably be at the Farmers' Market - might get up there tomorrow actually - anyone going? _________________ Neeps Flickr Group - check out some of the fab photos from other Neepsters and share some of your own. |

I'm pretty sure VitalVeg don't deliver that far, but they may know somebody who does that area. If I remember, I'll ask them on Monday. _________________ Ina |
