Only been used on my head a few times... went from longer than shoulder length to a grade 1 or 2 IIRC... surprised a few people

Not up for that any more though... prefer it longer I think.

I use shampoo that doesn't have sodium lauryl/laureth sulphate in it - it doesn't strip the natural oils in the scalp.  Generally to find these shampoos, you have to look in the healthfood shops or online as the supermarkets won't sell them (at least not on Lewis they don't!).

If only we could eat something to colour the hair safely from inside out, like cows eating red beets turns the milk pink... :S

Gosh - I didn't know that. I'd pay a premium for pink milk

Hi,

No to be honest I haven't. Things have been very heavy with my youngest, so assessments re getting respite going on and less sleep. I seem to be falling asleep most nights at 8.30 and running around like a headless chook at weekends.

Bizarrely, when list of things-to-do seems longer than used to be, you'd think 'not washing hair,' would make life easier...... but fretting about hair not washed seems too much and having a social worker note my hair as unwashed, 'bless, she really does need a break!'

Will definitly do it at some point though. I need enough hair to stick up when it bugs me though, right now, I'd look like a greasy hedgehog!!!

Beth
