Can't remember snow so early in the year - snow still lying here and it is bitterly cold.

Not nice at all out there.
I had a horrendous drive from New Pitsligo to Mintlaw today.
Passed one car in the ditch and a van with two old guys was on it's side on the road. Both accidents within Minutes of each other.
Snow is lovely as long as you don't need to drive in it.
Now home is blinking freezing.

Snow on and off all day around here but nothing of any significance. Sooooooooo cold though. Roads skitty as hell and quite a few accidents locally.

Aberdeen was warmer - a balmy 2 degs.

AYe... we had a fair covering of snow this morning as well... our youngest (3yo) came thru' this morning and I showed her the snow outside and she wanted to go out NOW... despite the fact she was still in her jammies, I was still getting dressed and the wife was still in bed

She got her way not long after that though 'cos both the kids were out in the snow for a while before the eldest went to school... apparently our youngest spent a large proportion of the day outside in the snow making snow angels and generally running about like a dafty in it
