15, you have been given a time machine...where would you go with it?
I'd go back to see my family when they were younger/ living - kinda like a living family tree!
16, forwards or back? back
17, icecream or custard? ice cream (although hot banana custard with ice cream is good!)
18, why did you choose the answers you have to my questions?
trying to be honest!

nerve wracking and thought provoking - I've had to go away and think about some of the questions

Hmm - think you know too much already! lol! ATM I am crocheting baby clothes for a friend's new grand daughter, planning a basket - when I get the willow soaked and getting the fabric ready for more bags. Oh - and reading the book of the month for the TA forum - read up to March so far! and got to keep up with my brain training and the forums. That enough?
Favourite - hard one, seeing as my brain age is at 27 atm , I'll go for brain training - although my sight age is 56!

If I could grow anything, I'd grow fruit trees. There are some up here but they're in greenhouses and I don't want that. Apples and plums mostly.
22. Whats your most favourite recipe.
I'm into making 'preserves' so I'll go for lemon curd - so simple, yet so tasty!
Ingredients
4 lemons, rind and juice
4 eggs
110g/4oz butter
450g/1lb sugar
Method
1. Grate rind of lemons and squeeze out juice. Put sugar, rind and juice, butter and beaten eggs into a large basin on top of a pan of simmering water. Stir with a wooden spoon until thick and curd coats the back of the spoon. Pour into warm sterile jars, cover, seal and label. Refrigerate.
Can also be made with just yolks so if you are into making meringues - this is what to do with the yolks!
