mix coarse sea salt in milk then add to bath,

you will have the softest skin ever

If you beat a little egg white and use just a small amount...you have hair gel!! it worked on my son!!!
you can also use the rest of it as a face mask!! great for oily skin!!

Not exactly a 'recipe', but sleep is my favourite treatment for good skin, clear eyes and the best medicine of all for illness.
Oh, and as much variety in the diet as possible but not too much of anything (guilty :oops: )

I love the nettles ones!!!! I've been using it as a plant feed too. Maybe this is a silly question but what's the best way to dry the rose petals, I have them and would love to use them but if I experiment, may kill them off and be stuck until next year.
