Hilton Wild Boar
This local produce is reared, just to the south of Perth. Its fairly priced, and if you like your meat more "Gamey" then this is for you.

Tasty and local.

I tasted Wild Boar Soup at the local farmers market once... it was rather nice, although ive yet to try Wild boar in the meat sense..

One of Robins relatives said that water buffalo meat was good.. i think there is a place in Auchtertool that sells it.. really should pop along one day and try some..

Can anyone recommend it?

I LOVE water buffalo!!!! Apparently, the place that sells it up here has done so well that it's sold out... and there won't be any for a month or so.
