You could try Farm Services in Maud, although I have a feeling it isn't called that anymore. Perhaps someone else knows the new name.

I use 6 foot pallets mostly. Although they were free, they are a bit unwealdy...

I think Howford Training in Strichen make wooden ones out of pallet timber. I'm not sure how much they are, or how they connect together into a pen, but I'm sure a friend of mine had some made and they cost about a tenner per panel. I thought they looked pretty well made.
