thank you for the welcome i wasn't expecting that, i supose i could tell you all a little about my self.

i am trying for the third time to set up a veg garden as every time i have started planting i have had to move house and leave my hard work behind   so hopefuly i am going to be here for while and i can really get stuck in. i am very interested in permaculture but i missed the course at kieth  so hopefuly there will be another one.

i try to live as green as i can but with 3 smalls and a man that thinks washing out a jar and putting it in the recycling box insted of the bin is to much bother it is hard at times.

it was great to stumble upon this forum as i had never head of it before and it will be great to get advice from people that live in the same area of the country as alot of advice in books dosent really apply to us up here.

Glad to see you here - and I can relate to the other half not wanting to do the recycling too - it's not always easy is it

I believe that there will likely be another permaculture course and I'm sure RodL will let us know on here before it happens.
kimmie

welcome from me too

Oh   what a shame about the course. It would have been great to meet you. We're hoping that in the not too distant future there'll be another intro to permaculture. We sure have enough Neeps to justify a course now. Have you spotted the permaculture section here? Please, please feel free to join in, the more of us the merrier.

Sorry to hear about you leaving gardens behind. But, looking on the positive (I do a lot of this) at least there's a good start for a budding food grower following you. Not much concillation I know    I'm doing what I can to share and learn, so if you have any need gardening swaps and shares, just drop me a line.
