Wednesday July 15thAt last it was our turn.(I love storms!!!)At 8am we had a humdinger of a storm.Thunder,lightning,torrential rain,flash floods-the full works.It carried on for a full hour.Zoe(Rottie)needed to seek refuge in bed with me.She was really upset.Meg(springer)stayed sleeping-but she is a gun dog and used to big bangs.It's been really calm for the rest of the day so far but OH in Mintlaw says it's rumbling there just now.

We've had lots of loud rumbling thunder since 2pm and flashes of lightning, and lots of heavy rain.

It's a beautiful warm sunny day in Aberdeen city... so near and yet so far apart!

Warm and sunny here too - but the thunder reports were from yesterday.
Got lots of clouds about though so could get some rain.
