WaterCan anyone tell me where I would get a kit or something to test what is in my tap water?

Dunno about kits but you can ask your local council to do a water test for you - are you on private water/mains? There is a charge for it though - can't remember how much.
http://www.palintest.com/products/pocket+kits has a range of different pocket kits to test for various things.
Do you suspect a problem with your water?

My man is convinced that, because he often gets dehli-belly when he comes home, that there is something wrong with the water. I reckon it is the change in water because the rest of us are okay, but he thinks he can taste something in it. We are on mains.
I don't want to dismiss his feelings out of hand, because we could easily have just gotten used to something in the water, but it is worth checking

If you are on the mains then others will have problems.
I have to agree with you that it's probably the change in water, I know it effects me, if he hasn't drunk it for a week. Try getting a water filter or give him some cooled boiled water to drink instead of straight from the tap.
Water does 'taste' from region to region.
