Wark FarmDoes anyone know if the chickens Wark Farm sell are theirs or bought in? There isn't any mention of chicken on their website, but it's on their order form as "Maryfield".

Not sure about selling direct, you could phone them, but the butcher and Dee larder in Banchory sell them.

They usually have their own stand at the farmers market in Banchory, funnily enough next to Wark Farm's one.

This morning I tried Wark's beef sausages. They were rubbish, which is a shame as the rest of their stuff's excellent. Just so you know.

just so you's know - Maryfield issued a letter this morning saying that due to the recent TV stuff they are unable to keep up with demand and so are out of chooks for the next week or two.
