Wark Farm, Cushnie, Nr Alford, Aberdeenshirewww.warkfarm.co.uk
| Quote: | Wark Farm is a family farming business producing traditonal breed meats in the low hills of Aberdeenshire. We are on a quest to produce fantastic meats and meals that are worthy to be eaten and do justice to the animals and environment that create them. Do you know where your food comes from? We want to show you. Are you connected with that place? Let us connect you.
We invite you to join us in our search. Get to know us on our web site. Visit us on an open day and listen to the skylarks. Order some of our meat and tell us how well it has been crafted. Was that meat worth eating, we need to know. Become more than a consumer. |
Dugie and Jen at Wark Farm don't only produce great meat - they are interested in the environment around them and love to share. Each month there are three open days and often there will be a walk and talk lead by a specialist. The last one was in June and the specialist was Bob Davies from Forvie Tree Nursery and the subject was the plants on the farm.

It was last weekend - we didn't go because I was outvoted - the lure of boats was just too much and we ended up at the boat festival at Portsoy.
I'll ask Dugie for an update.
