tyre valve stuck open

and obviously letting all the air out. D was using compressor to inflate his tyres but it didn't work and when he removed it the valve was stuck open. Tried to free it but couldn't. Any suggestions?

Put the spare on and take the faulty one to a garage to have a new valve put one, it's not expensive or shouldn't be.

Or better still, just grab another valve from a spare tyre, or buy one for a few pence and install it yourself.  If you have one of those basic metal tyre gauges with the plastic cap, the plastic cap is a valve remover, just unscrew it to take it out.  A new valve is about 10p.
