Thursday 26th FebruaryHow windy was that last night? Still blowy now, but don't think we'll take off. You still anchored Ina?
Amazing sunrise this morning.

Missed the sunrise Did you take a pic?
Windy here still - no mention of it on the metoffice forecast though and the wind map says we're getting 10mph winds. Hmmm. NOT. http://www.xcweather.co.uk/

Yeah, was a bit OTT last night right enough, well it sounded like it. My wife came home from work and said that it didn't feel that bad on the road, so maybe it sounded worse than it actually was. Everything is still in one piece anyway
Seen a nice rainbow this morning, but I was still half asleep at the time and ICBA going back into the house to get the camera to get a snap of it.

There have been some lovely rainbows here too - prompted a conversation with a young man who didn't realise that you needed rain AND sun to make a rainbow.

I was driving over the Forth road bridge yesterday and today well under the speed limit - which was 40. Had to slow down on the motorway from Perth as the gusts were affecting my steering.
Does anyone actually like wind? I do like windy beaches when the sea is crashing in. And it's wonderful stuff for drying clothes and making power. But it's bloomin horrible to have it assail you round every corner.

I know my wife hates it... I get the evils every time... Oh... you mean WIND... Umm... dunno
Don't mind it being wet, or even cold, but not a fan of the two together, but very rarely a fan of gusty weather at all. TBH, I'm not sure I've heard of anyone who is... other than the guy that was on the TV as the IT guy who followed storms, etc (who, if married to my wife, would have recieved a slap a lot quicker than he did on the TV )
