Sustainable fish

Does anyone know where I would be able to find fish that is either MSC approved or hand caught sustainably? We had a wee fish van that used to come round but it was mostly white fish and there was no indication of where it came from.
I'm veggie myself but looking for good fish to feed the rest of the family. Any suggestions welcome.
