Sunchoke ExperimentI've just set up another experiment, a kind of semi-perm three sisters. Sunchokes with peas, sunchokes with comfrey, sunchoke with pea and comfrey and sunchoke alone. Which area do you think will be most productive?
Sunflowers & sunchokes are supposed to put out growth inhibiters into the surrounding soil. I'm not convinced, so will be interesting to learn the results.
