Saturday liveNot something I usually listen to - I still miss John Peel in this slot - but last Saturday I happened to have it on, and heard two excellent contributions:
One was about a family with one autistic son, and one with Asperger's, plus the husband has also been diagnosed with Asperger's a few years ago. They weren't happy with what the schools offered for their sons, so they started their own... Anna Kennedy has also written a book on her experience.
The second one I enjoyed a lot was a report by a 10-year-old on her allotment. If she can't persuade other kids that gardening is cool, I don't know who can.
Well worth listening to!
