If you want to know more about Rainbow Valley Farm (as on this vid) which is in Auckland, New Zealand, and based on permaculture principles you can find it here  http://www.rainbowvalleyfarm.co.nz/ It was established in 1988 by Joe Polaischer and Trish Allenhere. Sadly Joe Polaischer died on 14th February 2008    Although it looks as though he has left a fitting legacy.

Would very much recommend the '101 things you can do'. Apart from the very practical 'stuff' you can do, I especially like number 96. A bit far down on the list for my liking
