Pumpkin Icecream!Yes you heard right!
I dont know if there is a recipe for this....but I made a pumpkin pie recently....and it got me thinking...if pumpkin pie works as a sweet dish...why not pumpkin ice cream!
So i made some and its delicious!!
one third of a medium pumpkin...cooked and mashed, when cool add, quarter a tin of sweetened condense milk, quarter of a pot of double cream, and stir in well.
In another bowl, put two eggs, quarter a tin of sweet condense milk and quarter of a pot of double cream....whisk together till all blended and fluffy...then stir into pumpkin mixture...put into an ice cream machine and mix for 30 mins...pour into an ice cream container and put into freezer!....(or eat  )
