PestoI just want to tell you all ..I MADE PESTO!!!!
The reason I telling you all is I do NOT like pasta.... but I read I can use the pesto on chicken, potatoes and other stuff.....
I had so much basil growing in the greenhouse... it had to be used!
Only thing is guys... I do NOT know what pesto tastes like.. as I have never had it before!
(just wanted you all to share my amazement!!)

Well.... your home made pesto will taste far better than any stuff in a jar. I can almost smell it from here. YUM YUM. I love pesto with everything - even just spread on a piece of crusty bread.

Basil - I envy you! It's very, very nice with homemade gnocchi, too.

Now that's something I've never been brave enough to try (the gnocchi that is).
Thanks for the basil MinB10 -I now have pesto cubes in the freezer
