Are the fruits of all passionfruit plants edible?

If they fill up, I think so but the ornamental ones don't usually have much in the way of flesh - the fruit can look good but there's nothing inside!

Thanks DDD - I'll let you know what happens to this. It didn't fruit at all last year, so was a bit surprised to find fruit on it yesterday and got all excited - Scottish Passionfruit
