Parmesan & Basil OmletteI had to improvise with our tea tonight, as i'd not been to the shops, and had to bin the majority of our food because the fridge/freezer packed in...
Luckily our hens have started laying again, so a few eggs and a lump of parmesan cheese and a pot of basil growing in the greenhouse...
Parmesan & Basil Omlette
4 tiny pekin bantam eggs
1 small egg courtesy of chicken little
1 large egg from Daisy
2 handfuls of grated parmesan
1 tablespoon of basil leaves ripped up
salt and pepper
a splash of milk
I have to say if was very yummy indeed and my son even comented on how lovely it tasted... miracles never cease

but does the large egg have to be from daisy 
only it may be a problem
