good link  speaking of the throwing away of sandwiches, i remember yrs ago in wrexham, lerning about a bakery/cafe, and they did the same, just chucked it all out, i asked them why they didnt give it away to homes, or sell it cheap at the end of the day, and they said that if they did that, then those people wouldnt buy them normally, so they would be losing themselves sales.  quite an attitude to have i thought
