Morning meteors - 21-22nd April

Hi,

If anyone is up and about in the early hours of wednesday morning, have a look up.  Earth is entering a stream of dusty debris from comet Thactcher (no, not named after her) and should give a fair meteor shower with between 10-20 per hour.

Will make a point of watching if I'm awake - which given recent form is very likely

Would "early hours"be before 3am when I go to bed or around 5.30am when I get up to babysit my grandson?

it'll probably be 3am because the sky is starting to get light around 5ish these days.

You will get some during the night but the peak is supposed to be around the small hours.

I'll have a look around 10ish and post if I see any.
