I was waiting for you Kimmie

Yes, we've got some snow here too - not a huge amount. J is poorly though so won't be playing out in it
Martin

We're "snowed in" down here in the soft south - 4-6" overnight - no traffic in lane - nearby village "cut off" according to aged parent........Daughter abandoned trip to London - trains cancelled, London buses and most of tube system down.......
kimmie

Mum has tons of it...she said its about a foot deep and still snowing hard down in Brackley!! she is also upset that she is too ill to play in it!!!!
we only have a dusting but its snowing hard as i speak!!
kimmie

funny how everyone forgets .... then panics when hit with the stuff again

snowing has almost stopped here now !
PurpleDragon

We have a light dusting - almost like a heavy frost. It has been snowing on and off since 9am but not making any difference to how much we have on the ground.
Diana

Snow here too.

Kimmie - my Mum has more than us too, and that's down in Brighton(ish)!
JoH

We have a fair bit but it *is* February and winter and quite seasonal weather........
kimmie

Thanks for that Diana...that means my son will be happy then...he lives that way
Just been out to see to animals...and its lovely and crunchy, not icy at all...still trying to snow, but only a couple of millimeters in depth
wildgarlic

I keep saying that to David - he's constantly checking the weather forecast. He's got some rugby fixtures that need playing though and the pitch has been constantly frozen - but then what do you expect in the middle of winter?
Ina

Great - both runways closed in Heathrow...

I'm in the library at New Pitsligo, and will be kicked out in a few minutes - the snow is coming down really heavily just now... Ah well. The joys of winter.

We've an inch or two at most at home, Dyce hardly has any. Been speaking to mates down London way and in places they have about 10" of the stuff and in a couple of cases they've made it to work but are on their way home already. Or at least they are trying to make their way home but they're having a real bother trying to get trains, etc.
