Meditation class?

Hi there - does anybody know a good meditation class in the Montrose area or there abouts? I could go as far as Aberdeen as I work in Stonehaven. I've been looking for ages (probably in the wrong places) but have failed to find one.

I got really into it when I was travelling through India a few years ago but have found it virtually impossible to keep it going at home. Too many distractions!!

Gardenbaby does meditation classes but I don't know if she goes so far afield. Try PMing her and see what she says.

My friend who runs Tai Chi classes may know of someone or do them herself in fact and she does Aberdeen, Stonehaven, Banchory - she's away on holiday for a couple of weeks but I'll ask her next time I see her.

I think there are Transcendental Meditation classes run in Aberdeen. You might possibly find them in the Yellow Pages or Telephone Directory and they could advise you of any in your area.
