How did you plant them? How deep? and when?
With my leeks, I use a stick to make a hole about 2/3rds the length of the plant and then drop the leek in to the hole. I think fill the hole with water. I don't bother filling it with soil.
It takes quite a while for the leeks to fill out to an edible size.
you've just got to be patient.
