I'm a shareholder, so get to read the "secret shareholder's forum" posts - I'd honestly say that your guess is good as mine on this - part of me wants to agree about the draconian police state in which we now live, where innocent bystanders are callously murdered by the Statspolizei (and the perpetrator sent off on "gardening leave" while the powers that be work out a plan to completely exonerate the murderer...) - on the other hand, the organisation of the BGG has been utterly shambolic for years (I hope there's no breweries looking to organise celebrations....), SO, I'm waiting for the dust to settle, and hope that something remotely approaching the truth does eventually get out........
One thing that IS already clear is that Stuart Security, who employ steroid-riddled bully boys have "undue influence" in managing to get employed at most festivals, despite the fact that their "staff" (mostly psychoed out of the army and plod misfits) spend all their time trying to ferment unrest and cause fights.... (but probably give the "right" handshake)
