We went ther today, I've wanted to do this for years. It was the best money I've spent for ages, it was just over £15 for two adults and a child. We held an owl, who's breed I've forgotton, african... european...., a barn owl and a harris hawk.

It was a breathtaking experience and I learned so much! Did you know barn owls sit waiting for their prey and can hear them when their stationary by their heart beats, she could hear all of ours if she wanted to not screen them out.

I really wan to learn more, which I highly suspected would be the case. I want to go and do a several hour package when I can afford it.

There were two other families and a couple too and all toroughly enjoyed it. The children including our eldest all had a fantastic time and we got to hand feed a friendly stag too!
