Help please!I did something really dumb. I have a lot of stuff on a flash drive and the other morning I tried to insert it in the CPU under my desk. I was fumbling about trying to find the slot when the drive fell through into the works of my Dell CPU. Can anyone recommend a good repairman in the Inverurie/Oldmeldrum area who could retrieve it for me?

Not quite sure where you managed to push it thru' to?
Should be fairly easy to take the cover off to get to it though, just leave the machine plugged into the wall but powered off so you earth yourself and it shouldn't be too bad.
Where abouts exactly are you? (you can PM if you want) as I'm near 'meldrum so could maybe help if need be.

Below the Dell name there is a curve. I didn't realise there was an opening, I thought it was just decoration. I should have put a light on to see what I was doing. I'll know not to do that again!

Wasn't exactly out of my way on the way home... other than the time it took for the pair of us to flap our gums... 
With a bit of luck the pasta wasn't ruined

Thanks again. I made macaroni and cheese and it was fine - a bit less al dente, but good.
