first thing is to examine your diet, get rid all sugary, fizzy drinks. Limit the amount of packet and artificial additive food you eat, down to zero if you can.
If you are using a moisturiser it may not be compatible with your skin, do you really need it?
Over the years I have used this product and that product and despite my age still would have out breaks. I now just use plain old soap and water and eat a healthy diet and have very few out breaks.
One easy face mask is egg. Separate the egg. Used the yolk as a mask and eave it the face for a while. Wash it off and add a little lemon to the white and put that on until it dries. Wash that off. You face may be red after and may tingle and you may need to moisturise it but any acne will have has a good antibacterial wash and clear up very quickly.

The initial post, and a subsquent one were spam.... so I've deleted them.
I've left up the two genuine replies as they may be useful to people.
