im not sure the bits you put in would be cooked through though, good idea though, although ommelettes are fairly fool proof anyway

And fairly healthy... I just don't like the idea of needing yet more plastic where it really isn't necessary at all!

And they remind me of those awful frozen ones that many catering establishments serve. Double yuk.

that's what I was trying to think off
andybebbington

prefer doing in a pan myself

but if you looking for speed with out using a bag do it in a bowl with a plate cover then eat straight from bowl
Smooth Hound

nothing wrong with a bit of veggy oil, get those bits fryed properly , thats what i say, you need a bit of oil in your diet . i mean how would onions be in it ,    wouldnt be good, and it always worries me with plastic, the toxicity
wildgarlic

Fry your onions in some good oil or butter and then bung in some eggs... omelettes are so quick to cook anyway. Fifteen minutes in a plastic bag seems like an awfully long time actually.

Did my eyes deceive me, or did they use chocolate chips in one of the 'omelettes'?

yep good old butter is the way to go.  Everything is healthy as long as you do not over indulge

Tell that to Mr Horse Whisperer...

Heard that they will all be on dialysis now for the rest of their life, which also means that they'll need to watch what they eat/drink from now on as well... heard that the guy had been picking stuff like that before but due to the heavy rain the night/day before the dodgy fungai had "folded" down it's edges so it didn't look like it normally would.

Big life changing thing all over a small plateful of stuff... mind you I guess it could have been worse, they could have died from it had they not got treatment quick enough (I'm guessing/assuming).
