Spotted an article which led me to this. My apols if this has appeared before - not had chance to go through all previous posts yet.

Great site and currently has an offer for 'free grow your own potatoes'. Aimed at teachers - but who cares - has heaps of information if this is something you would like to see at your school.

I've asked for an appointment with the head at mine - and so far no invite to talk. Time I started banging at the door. I might be surprised to find lots going on already. I've spotted a greenhouse in construction - so fingers crossed.

Some of the kids at my school (eons ago!!!) used to take rural science, it really should be part of the curiculum at every school, primary included.
