For the first year we've managed to keep one side of our land horse free while they grazed the other side. When I went in to the non horse side today there were loads and loads of fungi of many different types.

This is just a sample.

these are a form of boletus and are edible, but you need to know what you are doing before picking and eating them

I think they are great.
