Friday 20th March, 2009 - First Day of SpringWhat a warm day - tshirt and still too hot.Happy vernal equinox. Apparently it's the only day that you can balance an egg on it's end http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A2181377 - why not give it a try. I did, and it worked. Mind you, I've never tried doing it on any other day so will try again tomorrow with the same eggs that I balanced today

ok you can stop rubbing it in with the sunny stories it was the same with the snow we had non while everyone else was snowed in, suppose its the joy of peterhead. been foggy and cold for the last 3 days now was gardening with a jumper and coat on today the fog horns been blowing all along aswell, on a plus note its supposed to be windy tomorrow night so the fog should blow away and the horn can get a rest for a while |
