We thought we'd try and improve the food co-op and make use of some of our local suppliers to expand the range and improve on food miles etc.

If you are interested in being part of this group then please contact me by Friday 21st March giving details of any experience that would be particularly beneficial to the group. I know that there are some of you that have had previous food co-op experience and/or retail experience, and/or knowledge of the local producers etc.

I hope that some of you will be able to spare a little time to help on a voluntary basis.

You know that I'm deeply interested in the food coop - but I really don't have time at the moment; ask again in summer! Well, after July, I suppose - that's when my (so far) last visitors are here.
