Chicken 'thing' questionSometimes when I feel like it I will cut some chicken into strips, do a bit of a stir fry type thing, then bung in some mushrooms and peppers, then top the lot up with a massive dollop of cream, which then cooks down into a sort of creamy sauce. Sometimes I will add a wee nip of white wine.
My question is : would this work with Baileys?

Too sweet, I'd think.

Yeah I agree with Ina - the sugar in it would probably burn too.
Much better to have the chicken "thing" with a glass of Baileys

Even better to have more Bailey's and no chicken!!!
Must admit, I haven't had Bailey's for years - I'd probably find it too sweet to drink now, anyway.

How about some whiskey? That's wine, whiskey, cream....i wonder if that would work?
Oh no, now I'm hungry AND fancy a drink. Serves me right for reading.

Would the baileys split maybe, as it's creamy?

Hey - PD hasn't been back on since she started this discussion - I reckon the bottle is empty...

I used to love baileys but last time I tried it I found it far too sweet and sickly.
