Bottling plantAJM developments have put in a proposed development for a bottling plant to be built at Tillynaught. Where the development is on the narrow strip of land on the Boyne burn I have been watching a pair of otters make this lenghth of burn their home, for the last two years, it is also rich in other wildlife, which would have to find a new home. This is a beutifull part of the countryside with a footpath to Boyndie and access to the old stone circle on the top of the hill. Why ?

Have you got any more details on this Dale? Has it been registered on the Aberdeenshire website yet? I tried to have a look but couldn't see anything.
You can appeal against the plans of course!

yes the developer is AJM Developments in Edingburgh,
I could not find it on the aplication page either but have written a email to object as all letters should be in tomorrow, sorry for the short notice but I only got wind of this today myself.
I emailed Aberdeenshre council development management at the address on the web site.
