BBC 3 Britains Most Disgusting Food........did anyone else have the pleasure of watching this programme last night ?
After watching Rogue Restaurants and cringing at what they get away with there was a link to BBC3 Most disgusting food and curiousity got the better of me.
A lot of the information we already now but i still fascinates me how much poor quality food people eat and feed their kids... nowonder kids are hyperactive and all the rest of it............It was great entertainment though

Not having TV, I didn't see it. But it would interest me what is considered "most disgusting"!

They were mainly covering what is allowed to go into pies and sausages. The programme was quite tongue in cheek.
They made their own selction of pies both sweet and savoury using as much nasty but legally allowed products as possible. The programme managed to talk their way into a large wel know pie factory in Glasgow got the guy on side then presented him with a certificate awarding him with producing rubbish pies.
then they had a stand at the good food show and made sausages on site using all the horrid legally allowed products and people thought they were great until they were told.........
We need more programmes like this...........

Sounds good! A programme like that probably effects more amongst the general public (in educating them about the rubbish they eat) than a serious one...

Its a shame theydon't show it in prime time viewing - there can't be a mother in this world that would buy cheesey strings for their kids after seeing what goes into them...
