Hi

I've just recieved an email from PPG saying that she can't access the site.

Has anyone else been having problems? She was getting the error message template does not exist - which is a bit odd.

I've given her the usually standard techie answer of deleting cookies and temp internet files, reboot and try again.

anyone else seen this error message?

There was a problem today but hopefully it's been sorted now - nothing to do with your individual settings, more to do with a problem on the myff server. It's been rebooted and things should settle down.
