Can I just say that the pork joint I got on Saturday from Wark Farm, was lip smackin good We cut the joint in half... cooked one and froze the other. Scored the skin to make cracklin..... and even had 2 bottles of wine with the meal
In the past I have mail ordered from 'The Real Meat Company' down souff, as their Pork is good too (Delia recommended them as they do 70% sausage meat for when I do sausage rolls)
But Wark farm is more local and tastes better _________________ Hug someone today- You know you want to!

I'm so glad that you enjoyed it - I forgot to give you your 10% Wark discount btw so must sort out whether you want me to send you a cheque or whether you want to take it off next order.
The other thing worth remembering when ordering from somewhere like Wark is that if you want something in particular just ask if they can do it. _________________ Neeps Flickr Group - check out some of the fab photos from other Neepsters and share some of your own. |

| Yep, Wark farm pork is just the best! My hub hates pork that comes from the supermarkets but he loves Wark's! |
