So do WE! Now waiting to find out whether we have school. 5 closed so far

Gordon Schools (primary and academy) are closed to transport children
Drumblade and Gartly closed
Kemnay Academy closed due to heating problems

If there wasn't an important meeting today at work I wouldn't have bothered fighting my wayout.

My hubby had a job driving up the lane last night on his way from work. I thought he was joking what the weather was like until I looked out of the window at 11pm. I had locked my self in all day making soaps for a craft fair at Aberchirder tomorrow so I am hoping I can get out tomorrow night. Just rung my mum and asked if she wanted to build a snow man, she is out in the garden in the bright sunshine speaking to her neighbour. She does live in Kent.
I am sat here now with cold feet just about to stoke the boiler up and snuggle down for the afternoon.

the back roads here are bad too, we had to get to hospital for my appointment today, took an hour and a half instead of the usual 45 mins, the road between New Byth and Old meldrum were just an ice rink...but most had cleared by the time we headed back home, although as i speak now there is a blizard outside!!
Wish i could build a snowman!!
