Thanks for this ... looks great, but tooo far south! However, the good news is that the Soil Association has 6 climate change events planned this summer, scattered around farms in Scotland. For crofters, growers, etc ... more info here:

Training course one: Soil management
The programme starts with a day long training course looking at how to manage soil to improve structure and fertility. The course will run on six dates between May and October 2009:
May 13 - Newmiln Farm, Tibbermore, Perth
June 8 - Oakwood Mill Farm, Selkirk
August 13 - Mid Coul Farms, Inverness
September 16 - Rainton Farm, Castle Douglas
September 24 - Great Glen Cattle Ranch, Achindaun Farm, Spean Bridge
