Makes what happened here a few weeks ago (1 months rain in a day - same as in Philippines rain fall) seem very tame.
Saddening stuff

| yea we are lucky here, its getting worse there too, these are the places that are being effected radically by climate change |

wish i didn't keep hearing this kind of stuff (also from this article) "We're responding to the extent we can to this once in a lifetime typhoon emergency," Arroyo said in a statement. How many 'one offs' or 'freak events' do there have to be before it's reported as normal (and disturbing)weather patterns?
