This morning was even darker than yesterday morning - looks like you're in bother with Childline MN It is 8.15 and still dark enough to need lights.

I can feel a chill coming thru the bottom of the door where I sit at my PC, so the wind is coming from the south. It is certainly gusty! It is also raining. It is that cold, heavy, drenching rain that gets right into every inch of your clothes and takes an age to dry.

The sky is very low and grey and you can almost see the rain sitting waiting it's turn to fall.

I can see the village in the valley thru a veil of rain.

yes the wind is coming from the south cos my letter box hasn't stopped banging since last night.
We have blue sky and sun here in Peterhead but it's a cold and gusty wind.

Its Blue Skies here in Edinburgh..

But driving to work this morning the weather was absolutely horrendous, torrential rain and heavy angry black clouds and I got soaked through running from the car into work..

At least we didnt get a mini tornedo like the poor people in wales!

Did they? Gosh, I really need to keep in touch with the news more often!

I'm sitting here now with the sun warming my back beautifully. It is like a wee hot water bottle sitting on my right shoulder, and the sky is blue. White whispy clouds. Medium breeze. Wish the sun was on the other shoulder - it aches!

You should try putting a hot water bottle onto your sore shoulder then put an ice pack onto it (a packet of peas would do) then alternate the hot cold treatment to the shoulder, this will encourage fresh blood to flow to the area and ease the tension in the muscles..

My sports therapist guy gave me the tip when I was getting my back and neck sorted out after being hit by a Landy in January

Alternatively I should kick my children out of my bed so I am not sleeping like a flippin sardine in a tin.

I'll probably jump in the sauna later - that'll loosen it up

It's a gorgeous day here too - bit of a breeze but nothing too serious. Blue skies and sunshine abound.

You need to make yourself a draught excluder for that door PD!!
